By this, we mean that the appropriate team members meet to layout the scope, approach, and timeline of the project. And on a regular basis, typically weekly, data about the active project tasks are collected, formally posted to the plan which is analyzed to see if it is still on track. If not, then corrective action is taken. Also, reports about the project status are distributed to all team members and stakeholders.

Or, would you say that you are able to follow a Formal Plan, but No Formal Control Process. The plan is built at the start of the project but a formal control process is not followed.
