Is there a place to download help?

No need to download anything. We have staff that is available to help you Mon-Fri. If anything goes wrong, contact us through our contact us page and we will get back to within one business day. We promise. We have also set up a help forum for you to participate in and get feedback or support from your fellow “classmates.”

How big is your support team?

Our support team is made of several people that can assist you with a variety of questions. Our team is made up of a lesson instructor that can answer any content related questions or assist with any exercise or quiz related difficulties and also a tech support team to address any payment, online classroom functionality issues.

Is the purchase price refundable?

We will provide a refund if you are unable to complete the course due to a technical difficulty. For example, some of the media did not display properly etc. If you want detailed information about our refunds policy, please see our refunds page.

What’s included in the price?

Our course prices include long term, online access to the course you took any any materials provided for download. You also will receive ongoing tech and instructor support related directly to the course. Lastly, you will receive a certificate, in the mail, for your PDU credits and to proudly show off just how smart you are.
